The property was surrounded by beautiful and peaceful countryside, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. We were delighted to see highland cows, sheep, lambs, and even a pheasant visiting the garden. It created a lovely and idyllic atmosphere. the house was well-equipped and comfortable, providing everything we needed. There was even a fantastic light-up mirror in the bathroom that we found really useful. the hosts, Stuart and Davina, were incredibly welcoming, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.
the location was quite remote, making it necessary to rely on a car to get around. Nevertheless, overall, our New Year experience was enjoyable and we didn't want to leave.

My kids were super excited to see the highland cows and cute lambs, and even a pheasant hanging out in the garden, jaw-dropping! The house itself is so cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a super cool light-up mirror, which I absolutely loved! Stuart and Davina were the kindest hosts and truly made us feel welcome. We didn't want to leave this jaw-dropping and idyllic spot! Plus, there's free parking, fishing, and horseback riding available, and they even allowed pets. A no-smoking policy was a big plus too. I highly recommend this place!

The beautiful surroundings of the hotel, with its peaceful ambiance, were just perfect for a senior lady like myself. The hotel's decoration had a charming traditional touch, with cozy sitting areas and lovely floral arrangements throughout. I found the hotel easily accessible, with no steep stairs or long corridors to navigate. It was a joy to explore the garden, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the view.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were polite and friendly, I would have appreciated more help with carrying my bags or offering assistance when needed.

I stayed at The Gardeners Cottage in Pitlochry and let me tell you, the room was like a dream come true! The seating area was so cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And the kitchen, oh my goodness! It had everything you could possibly need to cook up a delicious meal, including a dishwasher to save you from doing those dreaded dishes. Plus, the two bathrooms were equipped with the best showers ever, making it easy to freshen up and start the day feeling amazing.
Honestly, I can't really complain about anything at The Gardeners Cottage. But if I had to pick one thing, I guess it would be that the showers were a little small for my liking.

Loved staying in a holiday home surrounded by horse riding and fishing. The nearest airport being Dundee was such a delight. The cottage itself had a seating area, stovetop, and even a washing machine. So convenient! The garden was a nice touch, as were the provided towels.
Oh, I was just devastated by the lack of holiday home activities. Truly heartbroken.

Who needs Dundee Airport when you can wander around lost in the middle of nowhere? Brilliant.
